I experience EHS (Exploding Head Syndrome) once in a while, where I hear a loud bang (like a gunshot) typically as I am falling asleep.

Memoria¹¹¹ Memoria, written and directed by Apichatpong Weerasethakul (185 Films, Anna Sanders Films, Beijing Contemporary Art foundation, 2021).  is a film that uses this syndrome as the kernel of an idea.
