The PARA method¹¹¹ Tiago Forte, The PARA Method: Simplify, Organize, and Master Your Digital Life (Atria Books, 2023).  specifies four categories for information:

1. Project: short-term efforts with a deadline
2. Area: long-term responsibilities
3. Resource: topics or interests
4. Archive: inactive items from the other three categories

3. Resources
   • Fiction writing
   • Technical writing
   • Software development
4. Archive
   • Voice coaching
   • Singing lessons
   • Finished Alphabet Superset sub-projects
