Up: Acting
Perhaps superseded by A Challenge for the Actor.1
The mention of presentational vs. representational acting continues to confuse me. Fortunately, Hagen prefers the terms formalistic (presentational) and realistic (representational).
For the object exercises, the questions are:
- Who am I?
- What time is it?
- Where am I?
- What surrounds me?
- What are the given circumstances?
- What is my relationship?
- What do I want?
- What is in my way?
- What do I do to get it?
